Shipping

Most orders will be posted on the day of purchase if payment is received before 3.00pm during Monday to Friday. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase or on the next working day. Orders purchased on Saturday & Sunday will be posted the next working day, usually Monday.  Please note that no orders will be posted during public holiday days in Australia and will be posted on the next working day.

Currently, all Australian parcels are shipped via Australia Post's Express Shipping service.

Express Shipping Orders within Australia should arrive in 1 to 7 working days depending on where you are located, but please allow up to 10 working days.

All shipping to international customers is via Australia Post's Economy Air Mail International Shipping service.

International orders should arrive in 7 to 10 working days depending on where you are located, but please allow up to 14 working days.

Customs and Import Duties

Customs Fees and/or Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local postal service or review your countries government import informational website to find out what fees and/or duties may be charged when importing our products.

Please note that we do our best to avoid these charges but the responsibility is that of the customers.

   

Stirplate Returns

Digital Homebrew's NO BS! Warranty

Each Digital Stirplate is individually tested before shipping and comes with DigitalHomebrew's "NO BS" lifetime warranty.

We really want this stir plate to serve you for a lifetime, and if there's anything inferior about it, we WANT to know! So if anything goes wrong, just send it back with proof of purchase for a free repair or refund.

Glassware Returns & Refunds

Please note that we take the best of care to wrap and protect glassware for shipment.  If your glassware breaks during shipment, please email us at admin at digitalhomebrew.com (please remove the 'spaces' and change the 'at') photos of the outside packaging (how it looked when you received it) as well as the inside packaging (how it looked when you received it).  This way we can assess whether our packing was the reason for breakage/damage or whether Australia Post/Courier was the reason for breakage/damage.

Once this assessment is determined, most glassware that sustained breakage or damage will be refunded or reposted at our discretion.
